BRADEN GEORGE

Co-Founder and Chair Braden George is a groundworker at Border Demolition. Having been involved in Hawick Community Council since Autumn 2019, Braden is dedicated to helping improve Hawick - and now also features on Hawick Common Riding Committee, the Hornshole Greenway Project and Ancient Order of Mosstoopers Committee

EUAN WELSH

Co-Founder and Secretary Euan Welsh is a media student at Queen Margaret University, and also runs his own business, EJW Media. Euan works closely with a lot of local groups to enhance their digital presence, and is also a Hawick Community Councillor and a proud member of Hawick Common Riding Committee and Hawick Reivers Festival Committee.

Keith Douglas-Hogg

Vice Chair – Keith Douglas-Hogg, is a very welcome addition to the Recognition Hawick Team. Being the most senior member of the group, he brings with him 25 years of Leadership and Management experience gained across Public, Private and Third Sectors, he has a keen eye for detail and brings a healthy challenge to the table. Keith runs his own business Roxburgh HR and is a devoted family man.

Kayley Hart

Treasurer Kayley Hart has a degree from the university of Glasgow in accounting and finance. Kayley currently works at Douglas Home & Co where she is training with ACCA to become a Chartered Accountant. She has experience in accounts preparation as well as audit work.

Stacey Brannan

Events Specialist Stacey Brannan started working in hospitality nine years ago and continues to do so, with the last seven years including large events for various caterers. Stacey is looking forward to the challenge of putting on a high quality awards evening with Recognition Hawick.

Sarah Moffat

Events Specialist Sarah Moffat has been working in hospitality for 11 years and has been working at weddings, balls and dinners for nine. Sarah has previously had the role of events manager/co-ordinator at Mansfield House Hotel and is excited to get back into an events planning role.
